Please keep in mind that I am not saying Paleo is the only way to go. Some prefer veganism, vegetarianism, 80/20, Whole 30, etc., but Paleo is the only lifestyle change for me that I’ve found is just that–a lifestyle. I’m not on a diet. I don’t look at foods I “can’t have.” But I evaluate everything I put into my body and, after a while, I’ve come to find the things I can tolerate and things I can’t. Taking out bread, for example, has already started to flatten out my tummy and give me more energy, so for me, it works.
You might find some other deviation of my recipes that include other foods that aren’t Paleo. As long as you make a pledge to yourself to stick to whatever it is that you want to do, it definitely doesn’t matter if you take my recipes and run with them! I am trying to be conscious of my health and no about being “thin.” There is nothing wrong with “thin,” but that’s just not what I’m going for. I’m a strong, curvy girl. I’m not looking to have a thigh gap. If you want to be healthy and fit, you’ll find the workouts that work for you and the type of diet you want to add to your life (diet in the sense as what you eat, not diet like a fad that restricts you).
I’d also like to point out that I try and work out three times a week, although I only share a workout of the week once. If I have time, I’ll try and increase the number of posts. 🙂
