Fit Frenzied Foodie (n.) – Usually a person who is so excited about food and/or fitness that it’s become an obsession. A foodie who exercises the right to healthy alternatives. One who desires more than fast options and quick fixes that don’t last. One who takes pride in their journey toward being the best version of themselves, and isn’t afraid to partake in a paroxysm of energy that results in clean eating and exercising.
I’ll be looking at a lot of Paleo recipes that I find online, sharing my own, and modifying popular recipes to be a little more healthy. In addition, I’ll try and post a “Workout of the Week” each week, in terms of what I’ve tried and how it fits my schedule/body type/fitness level.
This is in no way meant to be a fitness/health consultation blog. I’m not a doctor nor am I a fitness instructor. I’m just a lover of food and fitness that would like to share my findings with you. I’ve been working out fairly consistently for about two to three years and clean eating less than that, so I know I still have so much to learn!
I’ll be documenting my journey for the next couple of years. I’ll be as brutally honest as I can about when I fall off the wagon and what steps I take to get back on. Please feel free to hold me accountable, and I’ll be just as encouraging to you in your journeys, as well!
